Common questions

How does the free baseline brief work?

Request a baseline brief for one property. We review selected submissions during private beta - we can't fulfil every request, but we aim to respond within a few days. If accepted, you'll receive a full ReviewBrief covering one recent review period at no cost. It establishes the baseline your monthly briefs compare against. No card required upfront.

Can I get ongoing briefs, or is it one-time?

Both. Start with a one-time brief or agency pilot to see the format. Monthly and quarterly refreshes are available once you decide you want to track what changes over time: improving signals, persistent risks, and seasonal patterns. Guest review patterns shift after renovations, staff changes, and seasonal swings; ongoing briefs catch those changes early.

What review sources do you work with?

Google, Booking.com, TripAdvisor, and Expedia. You can paste reviews directly into the request form or share review page URLs. If you use a different platform, reach out and we'll let you know if we can accommodate it.

Do paid briefs include search or AI visibility research?

Paid and agency briefs can include a small optional source ecosystem pass: 3-5 high-value searches or third-party sources, such as best-of lists, travel guides, or video mentions. It is not automated crawling or ranking tracking. It is a focused way to spot where guest-backed strengths are, or are not, showing up in the sources travelers use.

How many reviews do I need to submit?

We can work with as few as 20 reviews, though 50-100 produces the most reliable patterns. We'll analyze what you provide and flag if the sample size limits any findings.

How is the report delivered?

You'll receive a private web link - like the sample report - that you can share directly with clients, plus a PDF-optimized version you can save or print for presentations.

Do you use automated tools to generate reports?

We use a combination of structured review analysis and human refinement. The insights and copy in every report are reviewed and edited by a person before delivery - not sent directly from an automated pipeline.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans cancel anytime. If you're on an annual plan and cancel early, we'll work something out - we're a small team and we'd rather keep the relationship than lose it over a billing technicality.

What's the difference between Agency and Agency+?

Agency covers up to 5 properties with full monthly briefs and client reporting. Agency+ expands to 10 properties and adds white-label reports (branded with your agency name), a multi-property pattern summary, and light customization for larger portfolio needs.
